Supercritical drying technology is a new and advanced method to prepare aerogels nanometer thermal insulation material. Thermal insulation materials prepared by this technique will gradually replace traditional thermal insulation materials due to their outstanding thermal insulation properties. There are basically two processes, one is carbon dioxide as the working medium and the other is ethanol as the working medium.

The co2 supercritical drying equipment mainly includes the drying kettle, separation kettle, extraction heater, separation heater, carbon dioxide recycling storage tank, cooler and exhaust recovery storage tank, among which the drying kettle is the core equipment. Ethanol supercritical drying equipment mainly includes drying kettle, cooler and ethanol recovery storage tank.

The drying kettle adopts hydraulic or pneumatic quick opening structure with safety interlock device. Carbon dioxide dry kettle generally working temperature is 50-80 ℃, 18 mpa pressure of work, design pressure 22 mpa. Ethanol to the general working temperature is 260-270 ℃ drying kettle, design temperature 300-310 ℃, 16 mpa pressure of work, design pressure 17-20 mpa.
