Established in 2004 with a registered capital of 20 million yuan, Kaiyuan Chemical Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise, a "Gazelle Enterprise", and a "Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative" enterprise in Liaoning Province. We are also a member of the China Chemical Equipment Association and a well-known domestic manufacturer of supercritical fluid equipment and pressure vessels.

We have 4 subsidiaries, strategically located in three major old industrial bases of Northeast China: Shenyang, Dalian, and Kaiyuan. We hold Class A1 pressure vessel design license and Class A2 pressure vessel manufacturing license, as well as ISO 9001 quality management system certification. Additionally, we own 26 national patents, including invention patents and utility model patents. Currently, we operate three production bases covering a total area of 21,000 square meters, with a maximum lifting capacity of 200 tons. Employing over 210 staff members, we boast 29 engineering and technical personnel, including professor-level senior engineers, senior engineers, and engineers. We have established various functional departments such as the Sales Department, Technology Department, Procurement Department, Quality Inspection Department, Production Planning Department, General Management Department, R&D Center, and Technology Center, along with production workshops for mechanical processing and riveting & assembly. Furthermore, we undertake the construction of the Tieling Enterprise R&D Center, also known as the Tieling Supercritical Fluid Equipment Technology Research and Development Center.

Our main production, inspection, and testing equipment includes: cold rolling machines for coils with thicknesses of 110mm and 60mm, multi-layer integral winding machines, 50T double-girder cranes, submerged arc automatic welders, manual arc welders, gas-shielded welders, CNC laser cutting machines, CNC flame (plasma) cutting machines, Φ2300 floor lathes, Φ1600 vertical lathes, Φ1250 horizontal lathes, two 60-ton universal tensile testing machines, impact testing machines, quantitative analysis spectrometers, X-ray flaw detectors, recordable ultrasonic flaw detectors, magnetic particle flaw detectors, heat treatment furnaces, vibration aging machines, and various pressure testing equipment. Meanwhile, we are equipped with a welding laboratory (for welding procedure qualification and welder training), an X-ray flaw detection room (for non-destructive testing of products), a physical and chemical analysis laboratory, and a product R&D laboratory. These facilities enable us to conduct conventional material performance testing, chemical composition analysis, welding quality inspection and evaluation, as well as research and experiments on supercritical foaming, supercritical drying, and supercritical extraction.

In compliance with the requirements of TSG 07-2019 Rules for the Licensing of Special Equipment Production and Filling Units and the ISO 9001 system, we have built a sound quality assurance system. We strictly implement quality control in accordance with the procedures of this system, ensuring the delivery of safe, reliable, and high-quality products to our customers.

Our core products are supercritical fluid equipment, including supercritical foaming equipment, supercritical drying equipment, supercritical extraction equipment, supercritical dyeing equipment, autoclaves, isobaric kettles, high-pressure reaction kettles, high-pressure storage tanks, heat exchangers, and polysilicon reduction furnaces (all of which are high-pressure pressure vessels). Our customers are spread across China, and our products have been exported to multiple countries in Asia, Europe, and the Americas on numerous occasions, such as Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Brazil, the United States, Canada, and Hungary. In 2024, our annual output value reached 160 million yuan.
