The reduction furnace is the core equipment for the production of polycrystalline silicon. After the polycrystalline silicon chip is mainly used for solar energy penalty spot. In addition, a part of monocrystalline silicon is produced after deep processing, while monocrystalline silicon and high purity polycrystalline silicon are mainly used for the production of electronic components. Polysilicon mainly comes from eight major manufacturers in the United States, Germany and Japan. China began to build polysilicon projects in 2005, when all production equipment was imported. Our company began to develop 12 pairs of rod reduction furnaces in 2005. At present, we have taken the lead in developing and producing 60 pairs of rods and 72 pairs of rods reduction furnaces, completely replacing imported equipment. Our company has obtained the utility model patent for 72 pairs of rod reduction furnaces. As 60 pairs of rods and 72 pairs of rods are becoming more and more mature, the energy saving effect is more and more obvious.
